I heart fall. I think this is the best time of year...cool mornings, never gets too hot, cyclocross. What is there not to like? We also get the morning fog in fall. Its fun to do hill repeats and climb out of the fog. I've always been partial to this time of year.

I love the heat. Even lived in Florida and did not mind the heat just too many old people. Love the longer nights in the summer which coming from Denmark are not really that long as it stays light outside until past 10pm. I really need to invest in some better fall clothing.

Actually pretty good today down hilling and despite a cold I felt good on the bike. Fall still suck though

I had a great ride today. First good ride in like 2 weeks, been rainy, crappy, cold since then.

The races up here are large with hard competition. I started back row again and I think I was top 18. This is very important as I get series points and a call up at the next race. It took a hell of a lot of work to come up through all the other riders. I think we had about 70 in our category.

I hate the shorter days. I hate getting out of bed when it's dark. And as much as I like night rides sometimes, I hate being forced to ride in the dark if I want to ride during the week. And dammit, it's just starting.

I'll take a a 90 degree day any time ! now its getting dark earlier Slippery wet leaves on the road. had to switch to my Hard tail Mt bike for commuting to avoid pinch flats .

and it is just a preview of worse to come ( IE SNOW!!!! )
