This weekend my girl and I hit the SF market at the ferry plaza. That night we had seared day boat scallops (huge! sweet and briny!) sitting on a bed of green garlic mashed yukon golds with a shower of baby ****akes, asparagus, and fresh peas, all drizzled with white truffle oil and washed down with a Gisen (New Zealand) Sauvignon Blanc. Damn it was good. Damn I love spring.
EDIT: Hahahaha, I tried to type in the name of an asian mushroom and RM edited it out. First four letters are another word for poo - hope ya'll can figure it out...
