I bet the kid has a non-stop hose to his mother's nip. I don't know the fat content of breast milk off hand, but I do know that there's so much fat in whale milk that it's solid at room temp.

Have you people heard about one of the new methods of administering shots? I think it uses ultrasound to do something to the skin and then somehting else happens and the stuff is then in your body. I read about it on nytimes.com some time back. From what I remember, it sounded cool.
I am getting ready to take my daughter for her first round of shots tomorrow. Any advice; I keep hearing folks say to give them baby tylenol before we head to the doc.

Tylenol before or after, either works. We give our son Tylenol after the fact if he seems to be irritated by them. He always crys for just a minute after the shots because you have to hold them down to keep them from flailing around. But he usually quiets down just as soon as we pick him up and console him a bit. All in all it's not that traumatic, at least it hasn't been for us.
