I like small shells. I pan fry them with butter parsley and breadcrumbs. Sometimes I add cheese.

My favorite pasta is whatever kind the lil heathen is willing to choke down, usually some variation of gluten free mac n cheese.

My pre-race nutrition the night before last week was mac-n-cheese with bacon and green chilies. Holy-F did I hit the home-run with that...

I like the little tiny pastas that come in my local Greek restaurants version of Horiatiki.

Bucatini is the best. Hardest pasta to make and cook.

Brown trout. Caught in my local waterways. Walleye, Salmon and Perch. Walleye and Pike are very tasty. I use brownies for bait. Deer fly's are real bad.

I like "all-you-can-eat" kind at whichever establishment that is willing to fill my stomach for around $10. I'll take hearty thick meat sauce over chicken/eggplant parmesan, or carbonara with touch of white wine.

Tagliatelle with salmon on the skin from the oven.
Fresh tomato sauce with mascarpone and spinach.

Also, a nice bottle of Valpolicella Ripasso.

Homemade Pirogi. Onions, Peppers, and Potatoes. Sauteed in Butter until very crispy. Cheese and sour cream would have done the deed also... Cheese inside, sour cream to finish. Maybe a little Paprika...
