So what is everyone's favorite meal after they ride?

It never fails I crave steak fajitas with chips and queso after every freakin ride.

Friend coined the following as "the trifecta":

    1. Great ride on fave trail
    2. Chipotle
    3. Nekked time with wife

Makes for a pretty good day.

    Beer, beer, boobies, beer, food.

Food is usually pasta, Mexican, steak/ribs/burger/chicken, or the odd salmon steak...
Depends on what's around, and if I feel like cookin.

I'm a fan of Pho. It's got noodles (carbs) in salty broth (replaces electrolytes and hydrates) with some beef (protein) and is topped with basil, bean sprouts, and chilis (vitamins). Perfect.

I try to wear synthetics when I go eat pho. If you wear cotton, you'll smell like a beef stick all day.

Pho rules! I <3 my Viet mother-in-law. I missed having Pho at her house on Sunday 'cause the kid and I were sick. Not sure I'd want to eat it after a big ride though.
