I went for my first summer ride in Cap Forest today. Granted i did Middle Waddel Loop which is torn to Sh** for more than half of it. I was only riding two front chainrings 44, and 32 but what I used to be able to do in under an hour took me two today. A few months ago I changed my diet and have been riding to work and for all my erands that I can. I'v lost 60 pounds in under six months but dam! So I was reading a Jill Kintner interview today after the ride and found some inspiration.

1. Fine tune diet.
2. Tone upper body.
3. Relearn how to pedal not just decend.
4. Remaster control.
5. Middle Waddel in under an hour in two months!!!!!!!!!
