i just completed a new bike build. it has a 1.5" headtube, and guess what? my old trusty The fender doesn't fit. it was even a bit tight for the small headtubes anyway at least with the pig headset. nice durable fender though.
doesn't rain much here in the desert but it is today.
i did a search and didn't find anything immediately for the big tubes.
what are you using?

I just tape my fender on with gorilla tape. That way it always fits.

I used to run Marsh-type zip-tie guards on the front year round for gravel abatement, though on my 38 I use the Fox bolt-on fender.

If the fork has any bolt on options, use that one.

The zip tie marsh guard ones work, but can be annoying if they get bent or anything. Also if you leave them on for a season or two, grit can end up under the zip ties or where the fender touches the fork and really eat away at it.
