finally got my dj bike finished rides like a dream

heres what i got

primo excel crank, tree bmx sprocket, odyssey jim c pedals
shadow interlock chain and shadow slim seat

sweet setup. I've got a shadow chain for my dj'er project. Those things are pretty nice. Tree sprockets are hot too, nice parts spec.

well i'd say mine is worth about 1200 maybe 1300 i just spent about 900 on everything plus frame and fork i already had

to tel you the truth they the same or less then my 26", 36hole mag30's and the fact that their 24" makes the bike feel lighter and more flickable, which is definitely a plus coming from riding bmx for 5 years. i can hop up a 2 foot tall set of stairs and only just got the bike done less then a week ago. when with my mag 30's they felt flexy and heavy and couldnt go that high

if you have a shadow chain, then why do you have a chain tensioner????

to get it into the right spot in the first place and hold it there, i run a shadow chain on my bmx bike and run dual tensioners to keep the wheel in place

Looks like a nice bike man, I'm building up a steelhead too, only it's gonna have 24" MTX's (and a bit lighter then yours I think )
