Man SST is fun, so are hardtails. Today I took my longtime friend there. He stopped doing XC two years ago (no leaving the ground style XC). He got a DJ bike for christmas. Today was the first time he rode it. He was tearin' it up! He went from the little pussiest kicker to the right line on his first day! That's progression!
word. i really like turner bikes. my xce that i used have was one of the most versatile bikes i ever rode. drop the seat and throw on the short stem for dirt jumping and mil dh/free ride. switch it back for xc lock out the rear shock and go ride urban, it was great.
I think I'm retired, or maybe just burnt. I just don't miss racing.
But, I'm definitly interested in heading to Hood for a play day and run down that trail from Timberline to Dairy Queen!!
