Not to be too much of a sceptic (as I have no time to read this right now, maybe later on tonight though) - but how is he communicating through the internet if they have no power and the cell phone repeaters, phone lines, and even the police ban radios(per some reports) are not working?
they have a back up diesel electric generator. OC3 lines are typically fiber optic. as long as you got power to shoot your lasers and the lines are intact...you're golden
Yep, I have people in NO that are communicating via internet. They also have Deisel Gens at a datacenter
