So somehow Microsoft office has been removed from my computer. I was accidentally removed when trying to make more room for ouor music programs. I tried to get it back with System restore and I have Norton Go Back but neither could do it. Is there another way. When we got the computer it already had Office installed. I don't have any kind of back up disk so I'm not sure what to do.

All I know is buying Office is out of the question. I just can't bring myself to pay over $100 for Excel and Word when I already paid for them once I initially bought the computer.....D

You accidentally removed it as in, you uninstalled it with Add/Remove programs? Or you deleted the folder?

If you deleted the folder, is it in your recycle bin?

Did you just delete the shortcut from the desktop and/or start menu or did you actually delete the folders that had the program files?

Google Home Page > "More" > "Documents"

Docs and Spreadsheets covers most anything you'd need to do.

I've been strictly on Linux at home for months now and I don't miss MS Office one damn bit.

Google docs and spreadsheets allows uploads and supports .xls and .csv files.
