Seems like an americanized benihana and in any case way too gimicky.

I've been to one. My advice: Pick meat and veggies that you like, have them cooked, eat. SUCCESS!

It's tough to go wrong there. I had chicken carbonara and fajitas. Claire had a chicken curry loaded with veggies. Yum!
