I'm not seeing attachments, the smileys aren't animated and Stinky's bunny isn't moving anymore....

I need the bunny to move.

long shot but if you go to Tools > Options > Web Features do you have the load images check box marked and un-check the 'for originating web site only'

one of thing to check is the animation mode, type 'about:config' in the address bar and scroll down to 'image.animation_mode', under 'value' does it say normal, once, or none?

None means animations never play, once means they play once but don't loop, and normal is continuous looping
