...now flippin' voicemail SPAM!

I get to work this morning to find a message in my voicemail from this Finance home loan research department - offering me lower interest rates. It sounded like a recording, but you can tell it was actually a "live" person calling and reading text off some pre-written script.

Wouldn't that just be a telemarketer? Or is this something different? I've had them leaving messages on my answering machine at home for years. :angry:

I am so happy they managed to ban textmessage-spam here in Norway
that got to be a nuisance(sp?) pretty quick :mumble:

btw, how many people use texting? i never did before i moved, but i'm hooked on it now.

I called AT&T about the text messaging spam because I was getting 5+ per day and it was incredibly irritating. They insisted there was nothing they could do. I told them that was fine, please cancel my service.

My new provider has no such issues.

I like text messaging...
