this weekend will be the first race that i raced in since BMX over 20 years ago. really getting excited to get back into the competition.
it will be a XC race in reddick Fl. later HOWDY (super lurker)

Don't blow your wad in the first 1/3 of the race. Pace yourself and leave it all out there at the end of the race.

dont have to worry about blowin my wad ,took care of that after we had twin boys seven years ago. i tend to start slow but have always been a strong finisher.
