I havent had a ride hurt like that since ...well, last time I rode, when I raced with a fever caused by mono back in September. I just did like a 45 minute ride around on some trails near home and it was just brutal.

But at least now I can ride. The SS still rides like a drem. Cant wait until I get my Prophet though.

Oh man I got mono at the beginning of summer and it sucked. I lost 15 lbs of muscle and my fitness went to ground 0. I went for a ride 3 months later and it hurt so bad, and it was only 10 miles. All I can say is rest until you know for sure it is gone and then you can quickly work your way back to where you were or better.

nice gettin back on the bike is so nice. did you have a crash yet? my first real crash back i smashed my broken leg into my frame, go figure. hurt like hell, and i wasn't laughin then believe me haha.

No. I didnt crash. It was totally a tame trail and i took it easy but the climbs were brutal and not even that big. I have a long way to go.
