I called up the Dracut PD and reported my finding to them. I e-mailed them the link and they are goin to have a detective take a look into it. Hopefully I will hear back from them and here that it isn't in fact stolen, but in all honesty it really doesn't look that way.

In anycase, don't call this guy up or send him any e-mails or do anything to make him suspicious if it is in fact stolen. Let the police deal with it.
