I have a membership to 24 hr fitness and the training sessions are pretty spendy, so I was wondering if there is a website that will help you lay out a monthly training plan (aerobic and resistance) along with a diet plan? I was hoping the monthly fee would be less than the personal training sessions. Any help is appreciated.

Men's Health has a lot of good info depending on what you want to do.

What are your goals? Gain muscle, lose weight, build endurance?

I am working on losing weight and toning muscle. My goal is 225 by race season in May for DH. I just started the p90x program and it's an ass kicker. After the first 90 days, I will start the double days program.

sparkpeople.com will help with diet and exercise plans.
Thanks for the site, looks killer. I am actually asking for my wife (easier to ask from 1st person perspective). She wants to tone up and lose some weight

Carefull with that tactic, youll end up with little you's that you have to feed and such!!!:lighten:
I got cut the week our daughter was born. I figured it was best for humanity.

<edit> the idea of her not getting pregnant again helped to increase the frequency as well.
