Frankly, that question won't be answered unless someone who works for Brompton's posts on this site.

Your best bet is to contact Bromptons directly, which believe is an English company. I would do my best job sweet-talking them though, because them giving you a set of their own proprietary hinges is like asking Bill Gates to give you open source on Windows.

I remember seeing a website that was selling compression fittings for bike frames. They weren't foldable, rather they enabled the frame to be split in two pieces.
