Does anyone know where you can find the recipes that are on this show? I've tried the website, but no dice. There are a couple that I want to try, but can't seem to get the ingredients written down fast enough.

You can get them all on the Food Network Site. Just search for the recipe name of one of the main ingredients. Also, you can look at the Schedule and click on the show and it will bring up all of the recipes from that show or at the bottom left of the page, you can search for an episode by show too. Oh, and the recipes from the show are also in Alton Brown's cookbooks "I'm Just Here for the Food" and "I'm Just Here for More Food"
