On long rides(2 1/2 hours+), I get pain in the balls of my feet. The shoes are Shimano M221's. They have a carbon sole so that may be the problem, but I've tried a couple of aftermarket insoles, Superfeet and Sole(the ones you put in the oven and mold to your feet), but have only temporarily worked and then it's back to being painful. Any other people have this same problem? Any other insoles that have worked? Thanks in advance.
