Do you pick regular green beans small or are haricots vert a certain kind of green bean? I love them by the way. My ex used to make greens and beans with them and zuchini instead of canaloni beans and sausage. Another reason she was cool.
Nah - they're just friggin' green beans. I just used the snooty term for the Tennessee contingent.
