It looks like it has flopping Martian antenae on it. The styling is a bit like the current Mazda CX-7 and upcoming Ford Edge CUV.
I want to punch whoever designed those wheels in the throat.
The new mondeo wagon they are showing doesn't look bad except for the fall themed pumpkin interior.

Why would you make the headlights that big? It looks like an Audi wagon.
They aren't that long on the actual prototype. The IosisX isn't quite as horrible IRL either. Goto autoblog for the non CGI shots.
I would take a Dodge Magnum based on looks alone.
And that Ford Concept looks better that that rolling turd of a Porsche. That Porsche and Subaru SUV are "some" of the ugliest rigs I've seen.
