The new fork seals don't need boots. Thats why no fork has them anymore. If you have to have one, you might be able to use a pair of lizard skinz and velcro two together for one side of the fork. Haven't tried that, but it's worth a look.
Fork boots can cause more problems than they prevent. If dirt or grit works its way under the fork boots, the grit is pressed against the fork leg and ground up and down during compression/rebound. Best to just be careful.
