couple of solutions:

1 if you run a king headset, Ventana (ventanausa.com) makes a 'riser crown race that will add i think either 4 or 7 mm to the lower stack height.

2 Cane creek makes a headset called the s-3 plus 5 that has an additoinal 5mm stack height on the lower cup

wow that helps alot.

ok i knew already about the canecreek plus five headset. but that wouldn't be anough i don't think

so i think i have a solution.

i will get a peice of metal the same kind as my frame, and machine it so that its the exact same dimensions as my headtube. then get a chris king steelset and either just put the peice of metal between the headset and frame or get it welded to the bottom of the headtube. then i will get the ventenna race and put that on the steelset. if the peice i make is 10-13 mm and then the actual stack hight of the king, then the tall race i think it will clear. and the steelset should go into my frame 12-15mm wich i think would be enough.

edit: i couldn't find on ventana's website this race you talked about before.

edit#2: i googled up this wicked solution to my problems! thankyou!!!!! wow you just made norco look like an ass. they told me to get a new frame
