I recently saw a set designed for use with Marzocchi QR20 forks. It replaced the "flaps" with a large grindable version and used a simple bolt-on installation. I'll post it if I can find the company/site again - somewhere outta Canada if I remember right.

The north shore billet isnt it. These are more a cube shape cut in half down the diagonal. More like if you were to cup your left hand around the left drop out. It protects the leading, bottom and left side of the left drop out. Thanks for trying to help though. It looks like something I could make... maybe.
Brad at nemesis was making them. Dont know if he still is. You could also call marzocchi and be placed on hold forever or leave unreturned messages and try to order a pair. Although the Nemesis Project version seems better.
You can PM brian peterson on here, who works for Marzocchi, or call sales and speak with him or Gideon. I have decent luck getting folks at marzocchi most of the time.
Hey
It will be much easier to just shoot me an email and order them through us !
We use a very similer pattern to what ZOKE sells , the ones pictured were acully re-worked ZOKE guards , but we have some new ones in the works look very similer but use a harder / thicker stainless to prevent denting and to help slide better on rough cement and feature full TIG welds on both sides of the guard .
FYI the zoke guards are hidious , need to be re fit to the Z-1 lower leg and only have 3 tiny robo fusion welds on the inside , so when I'm getting at is they break in less than 1 real grind .
I have been running thoes guards for almost a full year , use them just as much as a set of pegs and they slide awsome on coping .
www.nemesisproject.com will be up very shortly our site will have info on all our products .
or email me at evil4bc@macdotcom
If you cant figure that out , your hopeless
