looking for some advice....
I'm looking to build up a new freeride/trail sled, most likely a 98 Straight six for the frame, but I'm looking for what fork i should put on it.
My options, in my price range, are
01 WB Dh3, new internals, seals, etc.
03 Jr T. Looks good but most expensive
02/03 Boxxer
Any advice? I don't do huge drops, but i like having the convidence not to worry about doing them. I used to have a straight six built with a z-1, but the front end was a little too flexy for my liking. I'm a big fan of the inverted forks, but i fear the WB may be too heavy, and have heard some bad things about them in the past. The Junior T looks real good, but it's bright red and the most expensive of the bunch. The boxxer seems alright, although i'm not a big fan of Rock shox, but it's the lightest of the three.
Any advice, experience, or comments? I can get each for around 400, give or take.
