Just so happens that my speech final this semseter was a choice, Dh racing it is. So part of it im quickly going over the forks. Where can I find a Schematic of a dual crown fork?

That might be hard to get, some companies might not give them out because they are possibly patended(sp?). You might just give it a shot and call random companies(Marz, Manitou, Fox) and ask them.
What about just like a universal schematic to show how the spring and damper work and look like inside lol. Thats all I reallly need.
well if you go to the tech support section of www.answerproducts.com you should be able to find the service manual of the 2005 Sherman forks. Page 27 has an exploded photo of the fork and it's parts. You could just photoshop out one of the extra sets of right side springs so the class can get a better idea that only one set of springs reside inside.
IMHO, Rock Shox has the best tech documentation. lots and lots of PDFs of schematics, part #s, external measurements (blue print type for bike mfg to work with), and maintanance manuals. Just go to the bottom of the front page, and click on 'tech', then choose 'boxxer'.
There are a few good articles on maintanance @ manitou as well (Answerproducts.com) although they seem to be for older products (shoud not make any diff for your need).
