Never done the trail, but it looks hella cool. Too bad I have have to work Sat. morning.
Matt J is always talking of that ride. I'm bookd too... gonna try for tool tickets sat morning... ....

It's got a pretty brutal first 4 miles. Just barely sustainable in the saddle if you are hugging the stem and calling granny out for everything she's got. Super smooth but steep. The top rolls up and down for another 3 miles or so with great views of the Juan de Fuca and Lake Crescent. Bombing 3 mile descent to a big ring haul back to the parking lot. Just about one of the toughest 14 milers around.
There's some fool that's doing it on a SS and I personally think that's just nuts. But, what do I know, I did the CTC last year....
There probably will still be snow up top. This is usually a good June ride but the blueberries are HUGE in late July. Yum.....
