hey im looking for a good single crown fork for freeriding. does anybody know anything about the new marz forks. has anyone ridden em. also just wondering if the new marz z1 are anything like the olders. also what manitou forks would be good. i dont really know a lot about manitou but know they make sweet forks.

The '05 Z1s are coil only and 20mm thru axle only.
BTW, I'm trying to sell my '04 Z1 FR SL for $300. It would make an excellent FR fork, unless you want more than 130mm of travel, in which case, you'd need something newer, probably.
I haven't had it long, it's just not compatible with my XC bike. Love the fork though...

I have ridden several sc freeride forks and my favorite by far is the sherman the design is solid. The rebound is amazing, also as a second choice I would tell you to check out the sc version of the shiver.
the only 7 inch single that isnt 1.5 is the 66. you could get that in 6 and 7(its actualy 6.7 but who cares). if you want six get one of the shermans
