joe schmoe palestinian doesn't want to arm himself with a tank, he wants to make a living, and not live under permanent curfew with crucial supplies withheld by the israeli overlords at their whim.
Umm, my guess is that if the rocket-launching cell were not hiding themselves and their weapons amid the civilian population, no children would have been hit. It's been their strategy for decades and they continually use it to drum up support when an innocent bystander is injured. JMHO.
