I am trying to make a hybrid fork from parts that i have in the garage, but noticed that Fox changed sizes and threads on some of the parts during the years.
MY 2018 - 820-05-533-KIT
2011-2013 model
What i have is one really old Fox 36 Float (2010 ca), and one bit newer Fox 36 (2013) and i want to find the correct top cap for the float of the 2013 model. And i know they are not same as 2010 because i tried.
Fox no longer sells the top cap for the 36 2013 model, and the shop (silverfish) does not recommend any substitute.
Does anyone here know if i can use the top cap for another model, and that will fit on the 2013 Kashima Fox 36?
Does anyone know what differences there is between the float top caps for the different years?
