So I hamfisted and cracked the pinch bolt interface on my old 36, which is non-boost. Some of the used or take off lowers I'm seeing for 36s are boost...I assume they'd still fit my uppers, the only difference being the axle interface area. Is that correct?

No pinch bolts and you gonna die from the flexes.

replacement lowers are $300+ bucks. I'm looking at stuff on PB for half that or less. This is my old fork and I'd either re-sell it or keep it as a backup.

I have some non-boost 15mm only lowers if you are interested. They have been collecting dust for 3 years.
1/6 of replacement price + shipping. Pretty much as new condition.

Which generation? Don’t most of them use a threaded chingas that drops off the bottom when the bolts are removed?

If they’re that style I have 48 spare pinch bolts if you need one

yeah. i stopped when i couldn't chase down the "creak" and finally discovered it! they've been chillin on the workbench for a year or so.
