I just got some new loers for my 2009 Fox 40 and the thing is that i dont know if it has te old style, or the new SKF dust wipers. I think its the old ones but its always good to check with someone who knows better.

There is some numbers on the wipers but i dont find anything on the net with those. 036-02-019 A (No SKF markings.

I also noticed something weird going on with my cartridge, i have never had a blown bladder and i dont think thats whats going on. Maybe a O-ring or something that dont wanna stay in place. Check the image.

those are not SKF, SKF has 4 dots evenly spaced on the face of the seal.
it looks like the end of your bladder is torn, what is the fork doing?

SKF seals also say SKF on them.
