I have an '06 40 and I am trying to replace the seals. I've gotten as far as the point to remove the rc2 cartridge but it won't release from the fork. Does anyone have any tips so I can hit the trails today?

have you undone the nut that secures the cart to the lowers? the rod should tap through the lowers pretty easily
