Does the R only have rebound adjustment or does it at least have 1 way compression? Also does the RC2 mean high and low speed compression or what? I couldn't find much on the fox website.

I believe the R has adjustable rebound. The RC2 has adjustable rebound and adjustable high and low speed compression.
