Since this info is hard to come by, lets put it all in one place.

I plan on digging in to one of these soon, and here is what I need to know.

Fox isn't selling parts for these yet, but maybe PUSH Industries can provide the proper shaft seals and o-rings?

Also, the oil is Fox 10wt 025-02-003, no?

What are the IFP depth figures?

Best bleeding method? I plan on filling the reservoir to the top, and push the IFP down to bleed the air out of that circuit, and then fill the main tube up, and insert the piston and top up. Whats the best way to bleed out the small stuff?

Thanks

^ try and read though that thread, it has everything you need to know.

ifp depth depends on the shock size. you can calculate it really.

bleeding, make sure you bleed between the reservoir and main chamber first. cycle it a few times with the piston in, do it with some force, so that oil flows though the return valve on the boost valve. after that, put the ifp in, leaving the bleed screw out. make sure there is enough oil so that the whole thing is submerged. then close up the piston side, set ifp depth, close off bleed screw. done.

oil is 10 wt, fox stuff is just re bottled torco racing fuild. i use silkolene stuff and its really good.
