So, now that I have my Altitude full time mulleted, I was wondering if I can long-shock my ‘21 DHX2. (I have gobs of clearance). Wondering if it is possible to convert it from 230x60 to 230x 62.5 (ideal) or even 230x 65. Bullcrew? Other suspension dudes? Any downsides y’all can think of?
Would be excellent if I could get 5mm or 10mm more out of the rear end.

Those three configs are all the same shock with the only difference being the length of spacer or lack of spacer.

It's a matter of your bike binding or not

The way the altitude is designed there is huge amounts of room, even before running the smaller wheel. Should be GTG. Can’t wait to take it on a pass lap or two tomorrow. I will probably run it in a slightly more progressive Ride9 setting.
