Ive got a pike on my stp at the moment but I want to put my float RL 120 air on it. Im going to do 40mm in spacers to put it down to 80mm but will this work well? I can put more air pressure in to compensate for the lower amoutn of travel but what I want to know is will it hold up to DJing abuse as well as my pike does? I dont know anyone that runs one so I figured you guys might have some insight.

is it a OEM 32 float that was set at 120 or a f120 (the xc version of the fork)?
I've run the 32 chassis on my dj bikes for the past 7 years and have yet to run into an issue.
by lowering the fork you also get more stanchion~lower overlap and thus it will feel stiffer.
