I need a 7.875 x 2.0 shock for my bike but cant seem to find a RC with those dimensions. I have a 7.875 x 2.25...can the travel be reduced to a 2.0 stroke? Anyone know? I emailed PUSH ( I was planning to send the shock to them anyway) but havent heard back. Thanks

I would think a company like Push could add a 1/4" spacer under your bottom out bumper. This would maintain the length of the shock, but limit the travel to 2.0".

any particular reason you need the travel reduced.. i think an easy temporary fix would be to add another bump stop to prevent it from full travel.

the stock shock stroke is 2.0. I dont want any more travel even if it did work with the frame...even a small .75".
Thanks Go-ride...I figured it was something easy like that
