Just got my first fox 40, (I rode boxxer team before that), - fork is brand new. I'm hearing the click sound that spring make half the way of total travel. When I had the same problem with boxxer I've just turn the spring upside down and the clicking sound stopped because spring whas not "curled" in that place any more...
Should I do the same thing here or leave it and ride it thru the brake in period and then see...

Usually the cause of this is a small heat-shrink sleeve on the spring itself that slips down causing the noise.
