I was just going through the latest issue of Delcine and was reading a review of the Fox RC4.

under the Boost section they mention that the boost valve comes nitrogen charged from the factory and that riders shouldn't regulate the the Boost pressure unless they are able to refill it with nitrogen.

is this true? I thought you could simply use a shock pump to adjust the boost pressure?

Nitrogen is ideal to use because of its pure nature but air will do just fine.

Quite a few shock manufactures recommend only nitrogen be used.
