Okay so I think I understand the concepts of what each adjustment on my Fox 40 and RC4 do, but what I don't understand is which way to turn the compression knobs.
For example, if I want less compression damping, do I turn the knob anti-clockwise? That will allow more oil to pass through the damper right?
Reason I ask, I lost some weight since I last played with my fork (over a year ago) and now it is a tiny bit too stiff. I am riding tommorow and would like to make a quick adjustment to use up the travel a bit better (fork feels stiff). But I don't want to be fiddling for hours trying to feel the change.
My fork also feels a little harsh over the small little bumps, but when I brake heavily it dives quite a bit. Any tips on that?
Thanks.
