Can I upgrade my float RL130 and RP2 to RLC and RP23? I bought a fuel with no compression adjusters, which I didn't think I'd miss, but I would love to at least have the option, especially if it's a matter of a knob here or a 30$ part there.

You could buy a new damper cart for the fork, but that would be $$. As far as the shock goes, I'm not sure that Fox sells the parts you'd need for that one.
