I have discovered that I need a coil fork and have decided on a Fox Vanilla. There are a few OEMs on eBay now for a good price but... what would I be missing if I went with a OEM take off?

Or... any other suggestions for a moderately priced, good performing, long travel trail fork?

I've had my OEM Fox Vanilla on 3 bikes since the KHS it came on a year ago. Still feels great :thumb:

Only had one problem where i had to replace a cartdridge because I lost the nut on the bottom, and then stripped the bolt :stupid:

The aftermarket forks come with three springs (Med installed, light and heavy in box - or at least they did when I bought my vanilla a few years back), OE forks probably do not come with the springs.
