I was looking ant a 2005 stinky, a 2005 big hit, a 2004 big hit expert, diamondback xts moto, norco atomik and a few others, but what i really want is some suggestions on some good ones.

It would be a good idea for you to tell us 'your' interpretation of freeride. I.e Rampage style freeride, or 2-3 foot jumps, dirt, street, etc. Then people can suggest an ideal bike for that specific purpose.

my free ride is around 10ft drops, big lofty doubles, gap jumps ect.... i think if i had to narrow it down i would say 2005 big hit, 2005 stinky, and 2005 norco atomik

Big hit, and maybe an 04 IH SGS....both really good bang for the buck and look sweet imo...I like thought of Specialized lifetime frame warranty as well.

ok guy´s don´t let us talk about politics....
i´m shure most of you are intelligent and vote Kerry!!! :thumb:

the mainreasons for buying a big hit:
- the FSR linkage system works perfectly(much better then the super moto
i ride before) the travel with the standard rear shock is more than enough with round about 7.5"
- the price is very good (i paid less than 1500 dollars for the complete bike!)
- specialized offers a very good quality(i knwo the bike are welded in asia ;) )
- finally i like the optic of specialized (Demo,BH, SX-Trails...) & the warranty is good

weakness ??? nope !!
ok, if you don´t like a 24" backwheel you´ve got a problem..(but you can also buy 26" at Betd in the UK!!)
so time to go to bed it´s near midnight in ****in´cold germany

have a good bike ride this weekend !!!! :dancing:
