the land managers see skills parks as a liability. The "gravity" features are a problem with most of the insurance companies and the policies that the parks and public lands hold due mostly to ignorance. Educating the land managers is the first step. The best education is to bring in the IMBA trail care crew, and have them talk with the land managers. Have them explain that these stunts are going to come whether the land mangagers want them or not, and the best bet is to get proactive and design and build stunts properly. That way rogue building will be slowed, and propperly built stunts are built in a maintainable, and controlled way!
