Friday afternoon meant ride time. This also meant pictures since the day was so nice.
The bridge to nowhere...
Simple singletrack.
Clearing some loose debris
Down a nice small drop
Poised...
And go...
This slippery shale outcropping was a fun hop and climb.
But if you didn't make it up the shale, you wouldn't have the speed to clear this.
The second try was much better.
Easy enough exit from that loop.
And now on to the planks.
Enough fun that I went back and did it again.
More from "Mr. Bojangles". No, we didn't make use of the stuff on the right.
And through the rock wall.
Across the little bridge...
And down another shale outcropping.
Pondering.
And now who's coming?
Apparently a wet log across a stream is no match for some guy and his Jekyll.
At the end of the day, we checked out the dirt jump things people have built.
Fun, to say the least.
Dropping in.
So fast, she's only a blur.
We found what we thought was a squirt gun...I'm such a tool.
All said and done it was 8+ miles, leisurely pace, and a lot of fun. And they are all links....unless you WANT me to break the tables...
