espresso.....If nothing changes I have an easy day today., but after work I have to drive to Sacramento to be with the wife at a horse show which will take about two hours if no one wrecks on the freeway ( like that will not happen)

Had a great ride last night. Finished with beers and chips and a dip in the lake, followed by a shawarma on their patio.

Slept till 8:30, and it's sunny and cool out. Kids are not being dicks (yet). This may turn out to be a good day.

Heeeey punkins. I ran this morning and sweated my dick off. I'll run again later. Weekly grocery delivery in an hour. It's like Santa visits every Friday except he brings groceries instead of useless shit.

Al Pastor is my favorite Mexican meat. I can't eat it anymore. It hurts me.

DAMN SON. I hope you went back and found it.

Speaking of sweat, a front rolled through last night and brought the temps and hunidity way down. Super nice on the porch this AM. Need to get a ride in soon. Maybe today, maybe tomorrow. Trying to get some work done that I've been putting off. Maybe another coffee will help.

In hell. Welcome!
This week has been relatively kind to me so far so I am still anxiously awaiting what happens today. Bread has been baked, DH bike updates are almost complete, rain yesterday moistened the dirt, let's see how bad the humidity gets.

Washing the deck.
Then I get to stain it and somewhere over 250 linear feet of 6 foot fencing.
Picked up an airless sprayer last fall for a song. No more brush and roller.
Keeping fingers crossed it does not turn into a total shit-show.

Yo!

Payday, and boy do I need it. Simple documentation changes have morphed into reformatting, and re-referencing the entire thing, cause some n00b did it wrong the first time around. Guess that'll occupy more of my time than planned.

I'm at something like 78. :homer:
The thing is your miles are on actual mountains. Jon's are 95% on the trainer, 5% on 50 ft vertical molehills, I'm guessing.

I'm at 740 miles, 399 of those on the Peloton, with about 23.5k vert between the mostly-flat commute and real trails.

I'm guessing @6thElement is about 1500 miles and 100k vert by this point in the year. :D

You're in the ballpark. But that still means I've got more actual trail miles than watz.

Also, your peloton miles render themselves null and void

1300 miles, 152k vert including the indoor stuff which is new this year.

I'm way down on mileage and vert, I didn't ride in most of Feb due to work or most of March due to illness thingy.

My normal target for the year is 3650 miles and 500k vert...

What about a rub? Did you get a rub? BBQ is the thing now. Bread is dead.

ETA: And 11.5K vert

actually i'm just shy of 110 trail miles, so more like 10%.
