come on
a sawzall is a much more appropriate tool unless you're going for the yakuza vibe
Can confirm. Rain is getting awful chunky. Made it back to the car just in time.Finished work an hour ago, unfortunately it's freezing temps and snow/raining. I was going to start servicing a Boxxer, not sure I want to start in the cold garage though.
i was aware of the forecast yet chose to ride in this morning. because it's still better than the car*Can confirm. Rain is getting awful chunky. Made it back to the car just in time.

One of my local trails is down the hill from a super fund site. The dump next to one of our mtb trail systems has a 30 acre underground fire. They're calling it a hazmat situation and throwing around words like superfund and evacuation zone. Hoo boy what a mess.
How close do the trails get to it?One of my local trails is down the hill from a super fund site.
Right up to the fence. How close do the trails get to it?

Seattle "recycling" company bought the limited purpose landfill and proceeded to night dump as much west side garbage as possiblr before regulators caught wind...How the hell did that happen?
Rode there last year on our way out west. It’s actually a super cool area. I actually enjoyed the trails, although not techy, there is some mileage. Kind of like riding SW. parkup was nice as well. Have fun.Texas bound.
Palo Duro Canyon is our next destination.
Uh, how did the underground fire start.Seattle "recycling" company bought the limited purpose landfill and proceeded to night dump as much west side garbage as possiblr before regulators caught wind...
This is Jesus, Kent. And you’ve been a very naught boy.Definitely a blast from the Jewish space laser.
You are NOTHING Kent. This is Jesus, Kent. And you’ve been a very naught boy.
lulz. forecast for the hills next week points to skipping work...lows in 50s highs in 70s, sunny...Finished swapping to the warm weather wheelset on the car.
Chance of snow Monday night, of course.
Good question. When it was just construction debri there wasnt enough bio activity to spontaneously combust. The "recycling" company though dumped all sorts of straight trash and likely didn't compact it enough to push the oxygen out, allowing the biology in the trash to thrive, heat up, and catch fire.Uh, how did the underground fire start.
Been snowing quite earnestly down here for about an hour. Too warm for much accumulation, which frankly is okay by meNuking snow...
edit: 3-4" in an hour and then thankfully stopped for now.
